This is the Over & Down Under pattern from Folk Art Designs. The was a kit from Shabby Fabrics and included the pattern, all fabric for the quilt top & the binding. The page is titled Winter Sparkle since the fabric used is Artisan Batiks Winter Sparkle. The finished size is 56" x 56".
